Terms and Conditions
The short version: use Zero to learn, your work stays yours, and we will always show the price before you pay.
Using Zero
Zero is a place to learn a job by doing it. You take on real kinds of work inside a simulated world, with a manager, a team and a coach, and you leave with work you can show.
These terms cover the Zero website and the product. If you use Zero, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Zero.
Your account
Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
What is simulated
The companies, managers, teammates and coaches you meet inside Zero World are simulations. They are run by AI and built for practice.
Their feedback is there to help you learn. It can be wrong, and it is not professional advice.
Price
You can start at zero cost. After that, Zero is $99 a month.
We show you the price and what it covers before you pay. Nothing is charged until you say so.
Your work
What you make in Zero is yours. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you and use it to run the product for you.
If you join the talent network, we may show your profile and the work you choose to share to companies that are hiring.
Getting hired
Zero is built to get you hired. We cannot promise that a company will interview you or offer you a job. Hiring decisions belong to the companies.
Fair use
Use Zero for your own learning. Do not break the law with it, pass off someone else's work as yours, try to get into parts of the service you are not allowed into, or copy the product, its scenarios or its design.
What belongs to Zero
The software, the scenarios, the writing and the design of Zero belong to Zero. Company names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.
Ending
You can stop using Zero at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Zero running well, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Zero is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes.
